To raise the ante even further for Amazon and Sony, electronic manufacturer LG now announces it is rushing to put out the first ever solar powered ebook reader.
The 6 inch solar powered digital reader will hold a days worth of reading after approximately four hours under sunlight. Not exactly the juice one is use to under the Kindle or Sony Reader, but surely enough time for an engrossing thriller or lengthy novel.
Price and other specs are yet to be determined.
