If you’re one of the many men and women who are swept away by the innovation from Amazon known as the Kindle, you’ve no doubt started your search for the popular ebook reader.
The Kindle is popular for many reasons, including its portability, its ease of use, its ability to hold many book titles and its many advanced features which make reading on the go…a joy. For these and other reasons, the Kindle is one of the MOST sought after electronic gadgets this Christmas.
When Only New Will Do
At present time, the only way to score a brand spanking new US Kindle is online via Amazon.
If you find a coupon code for Amazon, you might be able to use the discount code towards a new Kindle and save a few bucks off the total cost. However it’s important to note that many of these so called coupon codes cannot be used towards the purchase of a Kindle. So read the fine print well. But keep in mind Amazon is the only retailer that carries the Kindle. (for now)
When New Is Not Necessary, Try Used
If you want to purchase a gently used Kindle then you’re best bet is to try auction site eBay. There many sellers have the first generation Kindle, along with the second generation Kindle 2. Be sure to closely inspect the photos provided and the item description. When you click the link above to go to eBay, used Kindles of all price ranges will show up. Narrow your search by location, by price or by features. I’ve seen used Kindles on eBay for as low as $159, so do poke around because you might score an awesome deal.
So if you’re looking for a new Kindle head to Amazon and if you’re in the market for a refurbished model, try eBay. If we happen to come across a coupon code or discount promotion for the KINDLE, we’ll be sure to let you know immediately.
